SAVE THE DATES!
Are you interested in the relationship between workforce development, housing, and transportation in the Metro Boston Area? The Metropolitan Area Planning Council, in partnership with the Greater Boston Workforce Blueprint Partnership, MAPC is convening a series of three workshops to discuss the intersection of these three critical sectors to create sustainable actions that advance shared goals and collective impact among all participating organizations and stakeholders!
Our first workshop will take place on Thursday, February 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (location TBD) and will focus on developing a shared understanding of priorities and challenges among the workforce, housing, and transportation communities as well as an initial exploration of MAPC's new online Job Equity Data Tool.
We hope that you can join us in this exciting effort and lend your insight to help create new connections and strategies to address the interrelated regional challenges of housing affordable, job access, and transportation connectivity.
After this first workshop, you'll be invited to two more on Thursday, April 30 and Thursday, June 25.
