Webinar: Advancing Racial Equity Through Organizational Change

May 7, 2020
12:00pm - 1:30pm

Join Us for a Webinar on
Advancing Racial Equity Through Organizational Change
Lessons from InclusionBoston

As part of the Boston Foundation’s Nonprofit Effectiveness work to advance racial equity within our sector, the Boston Foundation has partnered with YW Boston over the last two years to support ten nonprofit organizations to participate in  InclusionBoston. InclusionBoston brings staff and leadership together to have meaningful conversations about racial and ethnic identity within the workplace and to create action plans to reach their organization’s racial equity goals.

Please join the Boston Foundation and YW Boston for a lunchtime webinar during which we will present results from InclusionBoston, hear from nonprofit leaders actively working to advance racial equity at their organizations, and share recommendations, challenges, and promising practices for this work. Whether you’re considering a similar approach, actively leading a Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative, or new to the topic entirely, we invite you to learn with us.
