Virtual Community Meditation Night at The Mel King Institute

You will receive the Zoom Link for this meditation night after you've registered, closer to the date of the Training.
Please join us on the evening of June 10, 2020 for a Community Meditation Night, led by Gena Bean of Mindful Boston.
We welcome you to arrive early to settle in, around 4:45pm. Our official event start time is 5:00pm. Gena Bean will be leading meditation for us.
- 4:45ish arrive early to check your connections and have some informal chit-chat conversation time with the teacher and the other meditators.
- 5pm - Class Starts
- 5:15pm - no entry after 5:15 so that our meditation time is not disturbed.
- 6:00pm - Class ends.
The 60 minutes that we spend together for this class will include:
- discussion about meditation and mindfulness
- instructions on how to meditate
- experience a meditation
The length of the meditation itself will probably be about 15 to 25 minutes long. No previous experience is required; the meditation will be easy for beginners to understand.
