Direct Service Staff Training Track
Target Audience: Direct service staff
A hands-on, interactive training that will delve into lessons from the Massachusetts Association for Community Action (MASSCAP) research-based Job Readiness and Employability Development curriculum with a focus on developing participant's soft skills. You will learn how to integrate activities during one-on-one case management/counseling/coaching sessions, during workshops or in a classroom, that will develop participants' soft skills such as time management, listening skills, working on a team, working with diversity, and dealing with conflicts.
Cost includes a full copy of the MASSCAP Job Readiness Curriculum plus morning coffee and pizza lunch
