About this Event

Now more than ever, it’s clear that we need leaders who are utilizing an equity lens in every dimension of their leadership practice. Join us for a 4 day intensive to build your skills as equitable, restorative, trauma inclusive leaders. This deep dive builds skills through the lens of our three essential practices: Racial Equity, Restorative Justice and Trauma Inclusion. A restorative, trauma inclusive culture is the foundation for creating a race equity culture.

Participants will learn principles for building a restorative organizational culture; skills trauma inclusive leadership; and frameworks and examples for creating restorative and trauma informed systems. This training includes a focus on facilitation skills, which are a crucial practical element of effective leadership. This intensive will be interactive and provide opportunities for practical application to individual organizational contexts. Participants will build relationships with one another and deepen their understanding of their own identity and how it impacts their leadership practice.

This training is designed for people at all levels of leadership who are interested in developing their equity lens. Previous experience or attendance at other trainings is not required, but an open heart and mind and a desire to learn and grow is! Note: we'll accept up to 3 people from the same organization!
