Dates:

January 19, 2018
9:00 to 11:30 am

Location:

206 Clarendon Street
Boston, MA 02116

Join us on Friday, January 19th, 9-11:30 am, for our fourth Racial Equity Learning Community (RELC) Event, Recognizing and Dismantling White Supremacy Culture in Your Organization: Staffing. We know that our staff is the heartbeat of every organization, yet there are subtle ways that White Supremacy Culture impacts hiring, staff support, sustainability, promotions, etc.

At this event, we'll continue to focus on staffing and begin to identify interventions, building upon on our September 29th event. For those of you who are returning to this year of RELC, we would love to hear about the impact that it has had on you and your organization (challenges, successes, setbacks, etc.). For those of you who are new to RELC, we ask that you review the following link in preparation for our time together: http://surjpoliticaledsite.weebly.com/white-supremacy-culture.html.

Registration is required for this event. To help us cover the cost of having amazing panelists the price is $15 for one person from an organization and $25 for two. If you have any questions, please email Rebecca Jackson at rjackson@trinityinspires.org or Alicia Ridenour at aridenour@trinityinspires.org.
