Join Dr. S. Atyia Martin, CEM, former Chief Resiliency Officer for the City of Boston, as she discusses the intersection of organizational and personal resilience through the lens of racial equality and social justice.

Resilient organizations have the ability to continuously learn and adapt to changing demands and overall environments. They also are adept at building the resilience of their staff by valuing their contributions, perspectives and experiences that supports their leadership and positive development.

This keynote will be livestreamed from TSNE MissionWorks' 2018 fiscal sponsorship conference centered around how to build a resilient nonprofit organization. The conference will share tools, techniques and tips for strengthening our capacity to remain nimble in the fast-changing landscape of the nonprofit sector, funding channels, need for more collaboration, and increasing social impact expectations.
