We’ve heard the phrase "culture eats strategy for breakfast" but where does one begin when thinking about shifting an organization’s culture? Fixing culture is the most critical—and the most diffcult—part of transforming your organization. This workshop will dive into the benefits of a healthy workplace culture and why it is the most important aspect of any successful organization. We will examine what happens to organizations that neglect their culture and show you how to deliberately transform the culture within your organization. Changing your nonprofit culture starts with you.

Learning Objectives:

  • Attendees will be able to articulate ways in which culture effects their workplace
  • Understand how they themselves influences their organizations culture
  • Take appropriate actions to create an improved nonprofit culture that reflects your organization's values
