Emerging Leaders Learning Cohort Application Deadline

Future senior leaders—like supervisors, managers, program directors, team leaders — are invited to participate in our six-month program. The program consists of monthly gatherings, between-session homework (including organizational work), buddy check ins, and a 1:1 coaching session. 

Our next cohort begins on January 31, 2020. 

Participants can expect to: 

  • Build support networks in the non-profit sector, within and beyond their institutions 
  • Explore and reinforce their identity as a racial equity leader  
  • Learn language and frameworks for discussing racial equity in workplace settings, like: Cycles of Liberation and Socialization; Characteristics of White Supremacy Culture; Iceberg Model, Caucusing 
  • Develop skills to become a racial equity leader at work, like: creating a collective-care plan; developing systems-thinking skills; devising and documenting initiatives; workplace relationship management and coalition building
