Description

The first session of our HR Series will focus on integrating inclusive decision making at each step of the hiring process to ensure that your organization brings the best talent to further your mission. Topics will include creating a comprehensive job description and developing an outreach strategy that will allow your organization to reach a diverse pool of applicants that meets your client community needs.

Participants will also learn how to: review resumes, prepare for, conduct, and evaluate interviews, and make offers in a fair and respectful manner This workshop will walk participants through each of these steps with an equity lens and help them understand how they can improve their processes to be more inclusive. Workshop attendees will receive a checklist that will help them assess their hiring processes and determine what needs to change.
