Real estate development is a complex and multi-faceted process requiring the effective collaboration of multiple professionals. At the center of this process the developer is responsible for marshaling, managing, and organizing multiple professionals in delivering a real estate development project.  The Basic Real Estate Development workshop offers a practical how-to introduction to real estate development.

The objective of this program is to provide attendees with an effective basic understanding of real estate development, real estate finance and analysis concepts, and a solid overview of the complete development process. The course begins with an overview of the development process and quickly takes participants through the several stages of real estate development, demonstrating the interdisciplinary nature of the process.

Taught by active and experienced real estate development professionals, the program will provide practical insights into development best practices, and common pitfalls to avoid. Registration includes course materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and a networking reception.
