Desciption:

Suffolk University's $62 million development project at 20 Somerset Street, Dudley Station Development, New Balance Development, and Winthrop Square Development will form the basis of critical real estate analysis for this course. Topics include: acquisition, permitting and approvals, market analysis, design and construction, community relations, financing and development.

Target Audience: architects, lawyers, developers, environmentalists, consultants, lenders, brokers, construction managers, property mangers, university and healthcare facility planners, and others interested in public and private development process.
